A coach can often make a difference in an athletes' development.
Our full time staff have both bachelors and masters degrees in Exercise Science, and are certified from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Besides their education they have years of experience training a wide variety of athletes at the collegiate and high school level. Because of this experience they know what each individual athlete is going to need in order to show improvement, and will progress them the right way.
For parents it is important to know that your child is training in a safe and productive environment.
We do everything possible to create a safe and productive atmosphere while athletes are training within our facility. Within a small group every athlete will be taken through their entire workout from start to finish by one of our staff members. With the strength training portion of our program, it follows an extremely safe progression that emphasizes technique and not how much weight can be lifted. Also, one of the main goals of the program is that as athletes continue to train, they will reduce the chance of injury when they are competing in the sports that they play.
We are continuously improving and adding to our programs.
As a staff we are always looking at ways in which we can improve our programs to benefit the athletes we are training. We stay update on newest developments in the strength and conditioning industry to help athletes increase their performance and reduce injuries.
